Although this is crafted by Pocket Full of Pink, there's no pink on this Shamrock Banner!
I'm loving the book pages and the buttons.

Now you could always go a bit overboard with green paper chains everywhere!

And I just had to share this Luck of the Irish Shamrock Hat. 
It's actually not made out of paper, but foam.
