Pumpkin Shaped Veggie Displays

On my Facebook page awhile back,
I posted this adorable pumpkin shaped veggie display idea from Taste of Home.

Last week-end I made my own pumpkin shaped veggie tray
for our Dinner Group friends.

Pretty cute, huh?

I used a round glass platter and filled it up with carrots.
The eyes:  stacks of sliced cucumbers.
The mouth:  raw snap peas.
The nose:  one celery stick.
The stem:  a few celery sticks.
Super easy!

Later in the week, I had to try another one just for our family...

Uh oh! This one looks a bit scarier!

I used a small dinner plate to assemble this...a perfect size for our family of four.
And of course I didn't stop there...

A snack-sized veggie pumpkin for my daughter's lunch.

I used a few drops of Ranch dressing to hold the peas and cucumber in place.

OK, now you must try one!
Grab your veggies and get to work...your kids just might finish their vegetables tonight!
