Quick Sweetheart Valentines in 5 Steps!

Valentine Link Party-- Click Here!

In a rush? Need Valentines fast? Here's a super fast valentine idea for you in 5 easy steps!

Step 1:  Buy a bag of Classroom Exchange Sweethearts Candies
(I found mine at Target.)
This bag contains 20 individual packs of Sweethearts Candies already bagged up...
so you don't have to do the work!
(If you can't find these---you can always bag your own...or buy the individual boxes of Sweethearts.)

Step 2:  Print out a 'Sweetheart' greeting in a Word document.

You are such a
SWEETHEART!
Happy
Valentine
s Day!

Note: These can be made in 'boy' colors with a different saying...
To a Sweet Friend.
or
Happy Heart Day!
or
Hearts for you!

Trim your greetings into small rectangles. Mine measured 2-1/2" wide x 2-3/4" tall.

Step 3:  Cut, Fold, Glue!  (I sort of crammed a few steps into this one.)
Cut colored paper into strips.
I like the fold over (tent style) tags. So I cut my paper into strips that measured 3"wide x 6" tall.

Fold paper strips in half. Using a glue stick, glue greeting onto the front of the paper strip.

Step 4:  Tape and Staple.
Tape top of Sweetheart bag to the inside of the tag.  Fold tag over the top and staple shut.

Step 5:  Sign and Deliver!
Have your child sign the back of the tag. Pack them up for school. Done!

Optional Step 6:  Add Ribbon.
I do LOVE ribbon!
Punch a hole in the top of the tag. Thread ribbon through and tie a knot.  Beautiful!

These I made for the young ladies I lead at my church...
Let your conversation be always full of grace...  Colossians 4:6
Conversation hearts...get it?
