Print out a tag. (See bottom of post for free printable link.)
Trim and tie tag onto a can of Sierra Mist soda.
(I used color coordinating baker's twine.)
Add a cute straw or candy stick.
Hold twine in place with some coordinating Washi tape.
Hand deliver and let someone know they were
