Egg-cellent Egg Decorating Ideas!

There are so many incredible Egg Decorating Ideas floating around the internet,
that it's so hard to decide which ones to make!
(Am I the only one that has this problem?  I want to make them all!)

Well, I finally sat down and made...

Bookpage Eggs!  Aren't they fun?
I've seen this idea on many blogs, but have never tried them--until now!

They were WAY easier than I thought, too!
I just cut up strips of an old book and Mod Podged them onto plastic eggs!
My fingers were a sticky mess, but totally worth it!

Wait until you see what other great Egg Decorating Ideas I found for you

First up is Creative Juice who made these gorgeous Speckled Eggs with paint and a toothbrush!
They look so real!

Take a look at these super bright eggs!
The Winthrop Chronicles dyed their Easter Eggs with Neon coloring.
The fun nests are made from brown lunch sacks cut into strips.

Burlap & Buttons made these beautiful paper mache eggs with kraft paper and a paint pen.
I love the Easter words she wrote on them!

You're not going to believe how Sew and the City made these eggs...
store bought dye and eggs tied up in lace tights!
My favorites are the blue ones-- they look like water.

Sew and the City also made these Glittered Eggs.  I love that sparkle!

Look at this Chalkboard Egg from The Moody Fashionista!
I want to make these! They're so cute!  Think teacher gifts!

Sweet Anne Designs shows you how to make these fun Mosaic Eggs.
Anne used crushed up (egg) shells glued onto an egg.

And here's some more beautiful eggs from Sweet Anne Designs
These are made with stamps, tissue paper and Mod Podge.  So elegant.

Moments with the Montanos made these Henna Inspired Decorative Eggs with puffy paint.
What beautiful designs!

SWWEEET!
These Candy Pomander Eggs from LollyJane
are made with Smarties candies and a glue gun!  So pretty!

Bliss Bloom Blog shows you the 4 steps it takes to create this Silica Gel Egg.
Amazing!  I've never thought to save those silica packets.

Scattered Thoughts of a Crafty Mom made these sweet Ruffled Eggs with fabric and hot glue.
I love the bright and cheery fabrics!

Have you ever wondered how to make these incredible Pysanky Eggs?
A Creative Cookie shows you how!

And if you don't want to decorate eggs, you could always make your own.

  12. Hi Michelle, So many creative and inspiring ideas. I'd love to give a few of these ideas a go. Do you know if you can buy Mod Podge in Australia? I've been looking for a while, to no avail. I don't have a credit card, so on-line purchasing isn't an option for me. I hope you have a great weekend! ツ Ramona
