Here's a 'bright' idea
to thank those hard working teachers out there.
(No, I'm not late...school around here isn't out until June 20th!
Yes, we're dying!)

I found bright yellow lunch sacks and little 'light' items like:
-book light
-flash light
-glow sticks
-hi-lighters
-tea lights
-lite (diet) lemon drink (Get it? Ha!)
I added yellow colored goodies as well:
-Goldfish crackers
-yellow candies (Lemonheads, Starbursts)
-yellow packaged gum (Juicy Fruit
After packing all the items in the sack,
I wrote a personalized note on the back of the tag and taped it to the front with Washi tape.
(I hung a highlighter pen from the top of the bag for an added cuteness effect.)

This theme works perfect for
Youth Group leaders, Sunday School teachers and Church helpers.
I made some for my daughter's
Youth Group Leaders.
Youth Group Leaders.
What a 'light' these volunteers have been to our church's teens!
Sharing 'His Light'.
'Brightening up' our youth programming.
'Enlightening' our youth with God's Word.
Shedding 'Light' on His truths.
I changed up the tag thanking them for their service.

June 20th does seem late but at least there's still plenty of time to add things to the summer fun list - love you "lite" gift bags.
ReplyDeleteI love this idea! I'm going to use this as a gift to my student teacher whose favorite color is yellow.
